About you Are you a highly organised multitasker with good attention to detail? Could you help keep our operations running smoothly, keeping on top of our project schedules to ensure our clients receive the outputs they were expecting, when they expected them? If you’re looking for a varied admin role where you can learn new skills and develop over the longer term within a friendly, supportive team this might be the perfect fit for you.
We are looking for a flexible, multi-purpose administrator who is comfortable juggling different tasks and jumping in where needed. You should have a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset to identify and resolve potential issues before they become a problem. You'll be comfortable keeping on top of project management and CRM software and be confident sending emails to customers and our team of expert risk management advisers to ensure everyone is on track and in the loop.
This role requires someone who can seamlessly do more than one thing at a time, proven in your experience of working in a busy office environment for 2+ years. You'll be the kind of person who enjoys variety, as we hope the successful candidate will adopt new responsibilities and grow alongside our small but thriving business over time.
About us We're a small, well-regarded team making a big impact on a growing number of clients. We help them to prevent, prepare for, and respond to risk management challenges in the UK and overseas.
Our clients include schools of all types, travel and adventure operators, youth organisations, and charities. Working from our lovely office in the heart of historic Wokingham, you'll be joining an energetic, specialist team where your contribution will be genuinely valued.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
