Bicester Afternoon Shift
Salary: £32,697 per annum
Shift: 14:00 to 22:00 Wednesday to Sunday (Rest days Monday and Tuesday)
We’re currently looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join us at our depot in Bicester. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a role with lots of variety where you can expand upon your office administration skills within a supportive team. This is a busy role and no 2 days will be the same!
In this role, you’ll be the vital link between the operations, warehouse, and stock teams - ensuring seamless communication and support to keep everything in our Depot running smoothly. Working alongside a collaborative team of colleagues, you'll tackle a variety of office tasks, from reviewing documents and managing paper-based systems to using specialized software. You'll also play a key role in creating Excel-based charts and tables, maintaining quality control for reports and documentation, and stepping in to support warehouse operations when needed.
To thrive in this role, you should have prior office experience and strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with SAP or D365 would be a plus. A keen eye for detail is essential to maintain high levels of accuracy, along with excellent organizational skills to manage your workload efficiently. Strong communication skills will be key in building and maintaining great working relationships. If you’re eager to learn and bring a proactive mindset, we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
