The Opportunity
As the Operations Administrator joining the team in Tunbridge Wells you will have the following responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Control and manage the transfer in and out of client assets and cash
- Update data on Handelsbanken Wealth systems to reflect account closures
- Processing of free of payment transfers in for new clients and out for closed or deceased accounts
- Processing stock giftings and transfers for active clients
- Creation of probate valuations on request
- Processing and maintenance of Additional Permitted Subscription applications
- Pension administration and funding
- Client cash control and management for Pensions – eg proactively maintaining client cash balances for the purposes of addressing client requests for money to be paid to them; investing money they send to us and covering our fees
- Client trade instructions coordination for Pensions
- New client take on for Pensions

Experience in a similar role would be useful but is not essential as full training will be provided.
