Description

As a Recycling Admin at ENVA, based in Grantham, you will play a key role in the recycling and processing of Small Domestic Appliances and fridges. You will be responsible for ensuring your teams operate in a proper manner, adhering to operational productivity, health and safety compliance, investigatory/ HR Related support. This position contributes to ENVA's sustainability efforts by promoting efficient waste management and recycling practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Record management – Maintain and create employee database profiles, initial set up of all profiles to ensure both employee and employer have the correct access. Ensure all relevant information is amended to each individual employee. Onboarding of employee into all systems.
• Payroll administration – Ensure all employees’ timesheets are updated in accordance with attendance. Monitor OT to ensure all employees are paid for relevant working hours. Ensure all new starter paperwork is completed and filed accordingly. Align leavers with correct end of contract payments, alerting finance to any major issues.
• Recruitment – Correspond with all hiring managers and department leads to recruitment requirements. Schedule interviews, arrange skills test. Conduct referral checks for new candidates. Liaise with HR to ensure all Pinpoint postings have the correct information and pre-screening questions to attract the correct candidate. Prepare candidate offers and complete HR tickets with candidate information.
• Headcount – Ensure that all departments operate at the optimum headcount to keep production demands on target. Arrange training for team members to ensure each department has cross-trained personal. Inform operations of any discrepancies or likely changes.
• Disciplinary processes – Assist managers with disciplinary and grievance procedures. Prepare documentation for investigations and hearings. Attend and either conduct meeting or take notes to ensure proper process is followed. Support other managers with HR processes. Arrange probationary reviews with all employees, this to be positive and critical meetings.
• Absence management – monitor and review employee absences using the company guidelines. Authorize annual leave in accordance with production needs. Conduct absence meetings with employees not fitting with company expectations.
• Compliance – Ensure all training requirements have been met. Assist HSE with mandatory toolbox talks. Arrange and produce and notices for employees. Conduct HR toolbox talks across the site. Ensure all return to works have been completed and filed.
• Reporting – Ensure all recycling reports are maintained and completed correctly. Monitor production and stock levels. Provide all relevant parties with key business updates and criteria
