Salary: A GBP 28,000 : A GBP 30,000 per annum
Permanent Office Based role
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00am : 6:00pm
Additional paid overtime may be required during busy seasonal periods, including occasional Saturday and evening working on a rota basis.
Location: Commutable from Leeds, York, Tadcaster, Castleford, Garforth, Wetherby, Aberford and Pontefract
The Opportunity
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting for an organised, proactive and hands-on Operations Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced operational environment. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, providing key administrative support across the business with a particular focus on operations, logistics and workforce coordination. Based on the attached role profile.
Working closely with operational teams, project staff and management, you will play a vital role in ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly while maintaining accurate records, coordinating logistics and supporting multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Operational and Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Operations team.
- Manage operational inboxes and ensure documentation is processed promptly.
- Prepare and distribute job sheets and operational paperwork.
- Support departments with general administrative tasks as required.
- Assist with ad-hoc operational requests and projects.

Scheduling and Workforce Coordination
- Assist with employee and supervisor scheduling.
- Update and maintain workforce records and schedules.
- Support accreditation and compliance administration.
- Ensure employee and site information remains accurate and up to date.
Travel, Accommodation and Logistics
- Arrange accommodation and travel for employees.
- Coordinate transport and logistical requirements.
- Manage vehicle servicing, MOT and maintenance bookings.
- Support operational planning and logistics activities.
Systems, Data and Documentation
- Maintain and update internal systems and databases.
- Ensure records and documentation are accurate and well organised.
- Support filing, document management and compliance administration.
- Produce and maintain operational reports and records.
Transport Administration
- Manage vehicle-related administration and documentation.
- Maintain records relating to insurance, transport systems and compliance.
- Assist with general transport administration activities.
Skills And Experience

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Previous experience within an operations, logistics, transport or administration environment would be advantageous; however, attitude, organisation skills and willingness to learn are equally important
