We're looking for an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to join our People and Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role behind the scenes, helping ensure our offices, buildings, systems and facilities are safe, compliant, efficient and welcoming.

Responsibilities
As Operations Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for facilities and operational enquiries across the organisation. You'll coordinate maintenance and repairs, support health and safety compliance, manage facilities records and help ensure our workplaces function effectively for employees, volunteers, visitors and contractors.

You'll work closely with colleagues, suppliers and contractors to deliver a professional and responsive facilities and operations service that supports the Trust's mission and day-to-day activities.
Location
This role is primarily based at our Head Office, Centre of the Earth, Birmingham, with regular travel to our EcoPark site in Small Heath and occasional travel across the region as required.
