Annual salary - £32,617
Working hours - Monday to Friday: 6:00 to 15:30 or 9:00 to 18:30

A Satisfying Role
This is a key role within the operation, supporting stock accuracy, operational administration, and problem resolution to ensure our customers receive the right products at the right time. You'll work closely with colleagues across multiple departments, using data, system knowledge, and strong communication skills to drive efficiency and support excellent service delivery.
What You Bring to the Mix
As a Operations Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operation by:
- Manage and monitor replenishment activity to ensure stock is available at the right place and time to support customer orders.
- Produce and analyse operational reports to monitor replenishment performance, productivity rates, and workload priorities.
- Manage the day-to-day administration and control of the Logistics Pick operation, ensuring workload is effectively monitored and completed in line with service requirements.
- Control and monitor back picks, identifying risk areas and taking proactive steps to minimise service impact.
- Use operational data and reporting to identify trends, highlight opportunities for improvement, and support informed decision-making.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and support the resolution of inventory-related issues.
- Monitor key operational KPIs and communicate performance insights to the wider management team.
- Work closely with Operational Leaders to support workload planning and operational priorities.
- Collaborate with Resolution Teams to investigate and resolve customer issues, gaining valuable insight into customer impact and service recovery processes.
- Build strong working relationships across Operations, Stock Control, Logistics, and Customer Resolution functions to support operational excellence.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, stock availability, and customer service performance.
- Providing weekend and holiday cover where necessary to support operational needs.
- Manage and maintain the Goods In diary, ensuring inbound deliveries are scheduled efficiently and in line with operational requirements.
- Liaise closely with Supply Chain teams to coordinate incoming deliveries and proactively manage changes to delivery schedules.
- Welcome and support inbound drivers on arrival, ensuring site processes are followed and vehicles are booked in promptly.
