What you would do as our Operations Administrator
Reporting to the Operations Administration Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business by coordinating engineer schedules, managing customer and order information, and providing administrative support across multiple departments. Working closely with customers, engineers, Technical Account Managers, and operational teams, you will help ensure the smooth delivery of services while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
You will support the Installation, Service, and CCTV functions, providing operational and administrative assistance across the business. This role requires a highly organised individual who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and adapt to changing business needs.
You would also be responsible for
- Coordinating and supporting engineer scheduling activities, ensuring customer requirements and operational priorities are managed efficiently.
- Managing customer information and processing orders accurately within company systems, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers and engineers, responding to queries via email and telephone and delivering a positive customer experience.
- Supporting operational activities including logistics coordination, programme updates, and communication of site-specific requirements.
- Producing reports, maintaining departmental records, and providing general administrative support to operational management teams.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in an administrative, service coordination, scheduling, or customer-focused support role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence interacting with customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams; experience with Salesforce would be advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to learn new systems quickly and work effectively as part of a team.
