WE ARE HIRING — Solar Operations Officer

Ballycastle, Office Based | Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5pm

Solar Power NI is growing, and we’re looking for an organised, customer-focused person to join our team in Ballycastle!

If you love keeping things running smoothly, looking after customers and being the person who makes it all happen behind the scenes this one’s for you. Every day is different, and you’ll have real ownership of how our jobs run from first enquiry right through to final sign-off.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Scheduling and coordinating installation jobs, surveys and service visits
  • Liaising with installers, engineers and suppliers to keep every project on programme
  • Being the friendly first point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email
  • Keeping customers updated at every stage and handling aftercare from start to finish
  • Preparing solar PV system designs, panel layouts and generation estimates
  • Putting together quotations, proposals and compliance paperwork
  • Producing project and performance reports to keep everything on track
  • Coordinating materials and deliveries so teams have what they need, when they need it
  • Keeping our records and systems accurate and up to date
