Job Title: Operations Administrator
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Mainly Home Working (Can be based near any office: Blackpool, Nottingham, Bristol, Manchester, or Horley/Gatwick. Requires travel a couple of times per month)
About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Administrator to join the Gas team—a crucial part of the business that generates the majority of revenue.
You will be working alongside a team manager based in Horley, handling everything from small to massive gas meters. This is a predominantly home-based role with a high degree of flexibility, though candidates must be willing and happy to travel to various regional offices (including Blackpool, Nottingham, Bristol, Manchester, and Horley) a couple of times per month as needed.
This position is well-suited to organised individuals, and graduates are very welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Take order data directly from the sales team and place it accurately into orders.
- Check details thoroughly before pushing requests through to the metering team.
- Keep customers continuously updated throughout their projects.
- Send data to customers and check in regularly on major ongoing projects.
- Get actively involved across the team to support day-to-day operations.

Requirements
- Willing and happy to travel to regional offices when required.
- Strong attention to detail when checking and processing data.
- Excellent communication skills for customer check-ins and updates.
- Proactive, "hands-on" attitude and a willingness to get involved.
- Open to recent graduates looking to start their career.
