Role Description
This is an in-person full-time role for an Operations Administrator at Newhaze working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The salary for this role is £29,000 per annum and the holiday is 22 days excluding bank holidays. The key job roles of the operations administrator will manage our engineers day to day and complete our diary for jobs which also includes facilitating communication between customers to book jobs in.

- Daily Administrative Tasks:
- Managing the email inbox and replying to emails
- Support customer service activities
- Producing Invoices and Quotes: For customers which will require uploading onto various customer software systems.
- Filling out Membership Forms: For our membership subscriptions.
- Keeping Engineers' Vans Files Up to Date: Including the correct paperwork/necessary forms needed for each job, access codes/site entry codes, and addresses.
- Managing Office Work Phone and Filing of Paperwork:
- Keeping Up-to-Date Records: Of all maintenance work and when this is completed either monthly, 6-monthly, or annually following our annual planner to uphold service standards.
- Using Customer Software: To keep track of new jobs that we receive and keeping these software systems up to date. Training will be provided for these software systems.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Operations Management and Administrative Assistance
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate operational processes and problem-solving
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and customer software
- Previous experience in building services, maintenance, or a related industry is an advantage (not required but appreciated)
