Job Description

Operations Administrator
Nelson - On-site
Permanent, full-time 37.5 hours a week
Competitive salary plus benefits

This position will be demanding of your time and mental capabilities. Very strong organisational skills are required together with the attention to detail needed to comply with our Business Management Systems.

You must be able to work on your own initiative as well as with the wider team. Willingness to work flexible hours to ensure the completion of highly important tasks – especially Customer orders – is a must. You will have a positive attitude and a flexible nature, with the ability to deal with complex situations and daily challenges as they arise.

What we'll need from you:

  • Experience in shipping of goods - UK and Export (training will be given)
  • Experience from within a Technical Production environment would be advantageous, but not compulsory, as responsibility from receipt of Customer order to despatch will be a main function of the position
  • A structured and analytical mindset to be able to complete the work given
  • Work with Microsoft packages
  • General administration duties
