More than administration. Real impact. Every day.
Behind every successful operation is a team that keeps everything running smoothly.
From coordinating appointments and maintaining accurate records to supporting customers and contractors, this role plays an important part in helping our operational teams deliver efficient, effective services.
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. If you enjoy variety, thrive on staying one step ahead and take pride in delivering excellent administrative support, we'd love to hear from you.
About the role
As an Operations Administrator, you'll provide vital administrative support to operational teams, helping to coordinate activities, maintain systems and keep programmes running smoothly.
You'll be responsible for managing enquiries, arranging appointments, updating records, supporting contractors and colleagues, and ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Your work will help deliver efficient services and a positive experience for our customers.
This is a varied role where strong organisation, attention to detail and good communication skills are essential. No two days will be the same, and you'll always have the satisfaction of knowing your work makes a real difference.
Working pattern
This role is for 12 hours per week, and, due to operational requirements, the hours will be worked over two fixed days per week. This part-time opportunity may appeal to candidates seeking reduced hours and a consistent working pattern. Please note that, due to operational requirements, the working pattern is fixed, and the hours cannot be spread across multiple shorter days.
- Monday or Tuesday (6 hours)
- Thursday or Friday (6 hours)

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
