About RGML & Rhino
RGML is a group business built on ambition and momentum. Through our brands Rhino, Oceros and Halo, we've built a successful, high-performing business - and one that's only getting more exciting, with growth happening right now, in real time, in the work you'll do.
Rhino has established itself as a market-leading force in automotive dealer networks, built on a reputation for reliability and service excellence. Working with major manufacturers and their dealerships, we deliver the events and the kit behind them to a consistently high standard, and as demand continues to grow, we're investing seriously in the people and capability to match our ambition.
This is a business in genuine growth mode, and a smooth-running warehouse operation is what keeps our event kit reaching dealerships on time - making now a brilliant time to join.
The Role
We're looking for an Operational Support Administrator to provide operational and administrative support to our warehouse, keeping day-to-day logistics, staffing and supply chain administration running smoothly so that event kit delivery runs efficiently across Rhino's operational functions.
This is a varied role in a fast-paced operational environment, with the main focus on supporting the recruitment of temporary staff and owning our general administrative processes. You'll need to be confidently system-literate with a good eye for detail. The role works a variable pattern in line with operational demand, so flexibility and a willingness to adapt are essential.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
