Vercity Operations Administrator Opportunity
Vercity specialises in the provision of consulting and advisory services to the public sector. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Operations Administrator with a background in facilities or infrastructure to join our established team at Bart's Hospital in London.
Reporting to the Project Manager
This role would suit a recent graduate or someone with up to 12 months' experience in Facilities Management, Operations, Administration, or a related field. Your duties will include:
The Role
You will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of operational and facilities management services across a major public sector project. Your duties will include:
- Supporting the coordination and administration of operational projects
- Managing communications with contractors, clients, and key stakeholders
- Assisting with monitoring contract compliance and performance standards
- Preparing reports, meeting documentation, and project records
- Supporting the management of facilities and infrastructure-related activities
- Building positive working relationships across the project team

The Person
- Up to 12 months' postgraduate experience in Facilities Management, Operations, Administration, or a related environment
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications
- Eager to learn, develop, and build a long-term career within a growing organisation
- A degree or relevant qualification in Facilities Management, Building Services, Property, Construction, Operations, Business Administration, or a similar discipline
