Job Description
We are looking for someone to support the administrative delivery of the financial, commercial and project planning elements of the Year-round and Championships Security Operation.
What You Will Be Doing
- Administer and share with third-party suppliers the security staffing plans for the Year-round, Build, Championships and De-rig operations.
- Maintain accurate records of resourcing requirements, including any staffing changes, temporary uplifts or redeployments.
- Provide administrative support to the security team, including auditing monthly and Championships security invoices.
- Support financial and contract administration; track invoices vs budget, SLA submissions and bonus calculations.
- Administer contract renewal and tender processes.
- When required, collate and supply management data, reports and insight.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR legislation and AELTC Data Protection procedures. Represent the security team, when required at data related meetings.
- Support the Senior Security team to ensure that deadlines and actions are met in the preparation for a Championships.
- Make records of meetings when requested and ensure actions are recorded and actioned.
- Support the security team when tenders or contract renewals are being conducted.
- Any other administrative and planning duty as reasonably required by the AELTC Head of Safety & Security, Senior Security Managers, or Safety Planner.
What part your role will play in The Championships
Administratively support the wider Security operation to deliver a Safe and Secure Championships.
About You
- Understands the importance of confidentiality and can handle sensitive personal, commercial and organisational information with discretion.
- Demonstrates a proactive and organised approach to work, with the ability to identify solutions to problems and take ownership of tasks and projects.
- Has experience supporting the administration of commercial agreements, financial processes and supplier relationships, or can demonstrate an ability to learn quickly in these areas.
- Has good administrative and coordination skills, with confidence using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to gather information from different sources, identify relevant data and present it clearly in the format required by stakeholders.
- Capable of working independently while also contributing positively as part of a team.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of their work.
- Builds effective working relationships with colleagues, suppliers and other stakeholders, communicating clearly and professionally.
- Remains calm and organised when working to deadlines or managing competing priorities, recognising when timely action is required.
- Consistently acts in accordance with organisational values, professional standards and expected behaviours.

About Us
The All England Lawn Tennis Club (Championships) Limited (AELTC) organises and stages The Championships, Wimbledon, widely regarded as the world’s premier tennis tournament, hosted on the Grounds of one of the world’s most prestigious tennis clubs.

The AELTC Security team is responsible for all aspects of the Safety and Security operation. This includes the delivery of a Safe & Secure Championships.
Working Pattern
The post operates on an annualised-hours basis in support of operational delivery requirements.

- August to May: Three (3) days per week, Tuesday to Thursday.
- June: Five (5) days per week, Monday to Friday.
- July (Weeks 1 to 3): Six (6) days per week, Monday to Saturday.
- July (Week 4): Four (4) days per week, Monday to Thursday.
- Flexibility – The post holder may be asked to adjust their days, by agreement, if requested by the Head of Safety & Security.
- The role equates to approximately 0.68 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) and requires increased attendance during the Championships planning and delivery period.
