Join a Growing International Business

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised, proactive and commercially aware individual to join a successful and growing international business operating within the global manufacturing and automotive supply chain sector. This is far more than a traditional administration role.

The Role

Working within the Commercial Team, you will support all aspects of the business's supply chain and commercial operations. The position combines administration, logistics coordination, customer service, supplier management, and financial support activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day supply chain and logistics activities.
  • Manage inbound deliveries and supplier lead times.
  • Track inventory movements and production-related orders.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight providers, and internal departments.
  • Process and manage customer and supplier orders through SAP/ERP systems.
  • Produce reports and monitor KPIs.
  • Build professional customer and supplier relationships.
  • Support quality control, compliance, and supplier performance monitoring.
  • Process sales and purchase ledger invoices and reconciliations.
  • Support credit control and cash-flow activities.

About You

  • Experience in administration, commercial support, logistics, supply chain, or customer service.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Proactive and positive approach to work.
