The role covers a broad range of responsibilities including production reporting, purchasing administration, health and safety support, employee engagement activities and training coordination. Due to the varied nature of the role and the location of the site, the successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, taking ownership of tasks and supporting multiple departments across the business.

This position offers excellent exposure to manufacturing operations and provides an opportunity to develop knowledge across Production, Health & Safety, HR, Supply Chain and Site Leadership functions.

The role will be responsible for:

• Creating, maintaining and reporting on production data.
• Investigating discrepancies in data and working to resolve them.
• Assisting the teams in maintaining stock levels and movement of inventory.
• Communicating with the site to ensure all relevant stakeholders have visibility of key production information.
• Working with the time and attendance system, identifying any discrepancies or triggers.
• Supporting the shift management team with arranging and organising a variety of meetings.

• Have previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing, production or industrial environment.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Be comfortable working with operational systems and databases.
