Operations Team (Tier 1)
Location: Stevenage (Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm)

Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and enthusiastic Operations Administrator (Tier 1) to join a growing team in Stevenage. This varied role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is confident providing first-line support to both clients and colleagues.
You'll play a key role in supporting the operations team by managing client queries, coordinating service jobs, and ensuring processes run smoothly. This is a hands-on role offering plenty of variety, with the opportunity to build strong relationships and contribute to the success of the team.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring the service inbox
- Answering Service desk phone calls
- Logging client requests on internal and external portals
- Scheduling engineers attendance to site
- Closing jobs on internal job system once they have been completed by the engineer
- Booking couriers
- Arranging returns of faulty equipment to suppliers/manufacturers
- Issuing Welcome Packs to new clients
The Individual
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Capability to multitask and prioritise own workload
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Personable, approachable, and confident, with an ability to be professional when liaising with clients
- Reliable and comfortable working in a busy office environment
- Previous office administration experience is preferred
