Job Description
We’re looking for an Operations Administrator to join our Operations team at our Stokenchurch office. The core function of this role is to deliver the operational requirements to ensure the app is full of vibrant content and that our retailers receive the best-in-class customer support.
Ideal Location: Stokenchurch, United Kingdom, HP14
Hybrid working available
Salary: Up to £26K DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure that account tool-kits (e.g. Field/Supplier documentation) are produced and dispatched to required standards and timescales.
- To ensure that account equipment is distributed, and asset management is completed in support of service delivery.
- Follow an audit/QC process on contracts/photographs and work complete.
- Ensure that working processes are documented.
- Participate in reviewing current working practices and procedures/systems.
- Represent operational team at Field Meetings as required.
- Use relevant software/systems to maintain effective field support e.g. salesforce.
- Complete field visits and ensure that the learning from these visits are documented and shared as appropriate.

- Ability to work under pressure and with a wide range of people.
- Ability to multi-task and manage your own deadlines, negotiating as appropriate.

- A confident communicator who problem solves and flags potential issues, asking lots of questions to ensure understanding.
- Experience of MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
