Operations Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Primarily home-based with on-site attendance to our head office in Loughton once a week
Hours: 20–25 hours per week, Monday to Thursday
We’re looking for a reliable and organised Operations Administrator to support the smooth running of our therapeutic children’s homes. This is a varied and rewarding role offering flexible hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the lives of children and young people in care.

Key duties include:
- Coordinating admin communications, diary management, and recordkeeping
- Supporting compliance monitoring and inspection readiness
- Monitoring maintenance and health & safety processes
- Assisting with policy tracking, updates and documentation
- Providing admin support to the HR team, including onboarding and training coordination

You’ll need:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong IT literacy and attention to detail
- A proactive, supportive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Previous administrative experience in a care or education setting is strongly preferred
