Role Description
The Operations Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Henley-On-Thames. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, including coordinating administrative processes, maintaining records and documentation, and handling internal and external communications. The Operations Administrator will assist with scheduling, data entry, report preparation, and monitoring workflow to ensure operational efficiency. The role also involves liaising with clients and internal teams, responding to enquiries, and contributing to continuous improvement of systems and procedures. The Operations Administrator will work closely with operations management to support service delivery and uphold high standards of customer experience.

- Strong administrative assistance skills, including organization, documentation management, and attention to detail.
- Proficient operations management support skills, with the ability to coordinate processes and help improve workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret data, identify issues, and propose practical solutions.
- Customer service skills with a focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.
- Comfort with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent) and basic data entry tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a legal, conveyancing, or professional services environment is beneficial.
- Relevant vocational qualification or degree in business administration, operations, or a related field is an advantage.
