Description

📍 Swindon (SN12)
💰 Competitive Salary + Benefits

Ready to join a business where you'll genuinely make a difference?

If you enjoy talking to people, thrive in a busy environment and like the satisfaction of solving problems, we'd love to hear from you.

Our Swindon branch is a family-run business, meaning you'll become part of a close-knit team where everyone rolls their sleeves up and works together. We cover a large area across Swindon, Salisbury and the surrounding region, so no two days are ever the same.

You'll spend your day speaking to customers, drivers and suppliers, managing bookings, responding to emails and keeping everything running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Around one day each week, you'll also support the business development side of the branch, helping generate new opportunities, build relationships and contribute to the branch's continued growth.

This role would suit someone with customer service experience who's confident on the phone, organised, enjoys multitasking and isn't afraid to get stuck in. Whether you're looking for your next step or a chance to develop your commercial skills, this is a great opportunity to grow within a supportive, friendly team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
