The Reproductive Rights Activist Collective (a project of Abortion Rights) is a grassroots, volunteer-led network dedicated to seeding reproductive justice activism across local communities.
About the role
RRAC was established in 2022 as a project of Abortion Rights. As we grow up, we are planning to set up our own financial infrastructure and register as a standalone organisation. We're looking for a knowledgeable volunteer who can lead on these processes.

You'll sit on the Support Team, playing a key role in RRAC's overall decision-making, and will work independently to research, recommend and enact changes.
What are we looking for?
Project management experience:
- Proven experience handling administration, project management or operations.
Working Style:
- Ability to take the initiative and work independently. You are comfortable figuring out solutions and driving a project forward without needing (or wanting!) constant day-to-day oversight, while still collaborating closely with a friendly, flat volunteer team.

Desirable:
- Prior experience with UK charity registration processes or setting up fiscal sponsorship agreements is a huge plus.
What's the time commitment?
We ask our volunteers to commit to ~4h per week of volunteering time, including fortnightly meetings on Thursday evenings.
