Location: DHL Express (UK) Ltd, 3, Easter Park, Earlsway, Thornaby, Stockton-On-Tees, Cleveland, TS17 9NT
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday 10:00 – 19:00
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Operations Agent to join our team at Stansted! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love delivering exceptional service, this could be your next big move within DHL!
Role Overview:
As the face of our Service Centre, you’ll be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers. You’ll manage queries, support operational tasks, and help maintain our high standards of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier customer service face-to-face and over the phone.
- Manage administrative and operational tasks efficiently.
- Use multiple IT systems to support daily operations.
- Act as Service Centre receptionist when needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and customs procedures.
- Support problem resolution and redistribution of shipments.

What You’ll Bring:
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Strong IT and operational process knowledge
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems.
- A collaborative mindset and a “can-do” attitude
- Previous experience in Logistics or admin is a plus!
