Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support business operations through data analysis, process improvement, and performance monitoring. The successful candidate will analyze operational data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance efficiency and productivity. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor operational performance and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Identify inefficiencies and support initiatives to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows and service delivery.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for operational issues.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Support forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation activities.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
- Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational policies.
- Participate in business improvement projects and process automation initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and operational standards.
- Support decision-making through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Continuously evaluate business performance and recommend best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with SQL and database querying concepts.
- Knowledge of business intelligence, reporting, and performance measurement methodologies.
- Understanding of operational processes, workflow optimization, and business process improvement.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise business systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
- Critical thinking with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence.
