Insight Global is seeking Operations Analysts to join a leading global investment bank and financial institution for an on-site contract opportunity in Birmingham. The successful candidate will join a team responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and processing netting and collateral enforceability data inputs for financial and trading documentation across asset classes. The role centres on ensuring requirements are met, analysing data, regulatory implications, and flagging required actions.
Responsibilities include breaking down complex contractual and regulatory concepts using established playbooks, mapping key data points, and ensuring documentation is processed accurately and consistently. This is a detail-heavy support role that requires strong methodical execution and reliability. Additional responsibilities include supporting system inputs, validating positions, and identifying compliance requirements.

Must-Haves
- Previous professional experience working in operations support or related role
- Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and strong process discipline

- Comfortable working under high volume and time-sensitive conditions
- Prior experience reviewing legal or contractual documents
- Solid Excel skills
