Role: Operations Analyst

Company: Form1 Partners (form1partners.com)

Location: Hybrid: London Office (at least 2 days a week): 29 Finsbury Circus, EC2M 5SQ

Hours: 9am – 5pm (you will sometimes need to work additional hours for events)

Form1 was established 3 years ago by former Capita Executives Matt Bunn and John Downes who have a wealth of experience in facilitating partnerships within the tech ecosystem, having founded and grown Capita’s corporate venture arm, Capita Scaling Partners. Since launching, we have grown rapidly and are now looking for our 16th team member. Alongside our core team, we collaborate with a network of 250+ senior advisors – top executives from major corporates and leading tech experts who help us drive success for our scale-up and corporate clients.

What You’ll Do:

This is a varied role where you’ll play a key part in supporting and improving Form1’s day-to-day operations, while also contributing to client delivery when needed. Typical activities will include:

  • EVENTS: Plan and deliver engaging events – scout venues, create marketing materials, and coordinate logistics to deliver impactful experiences for our clients and advisors.
  • MARKETING: Grow Form1’s LinkedIn presence – creation of engaging posts, thought leadership and video content to showcase our work, team and events.
  • PROCESS: Continuous improvement – play a pivotal role in shaping Form1’s future by enhancing processes, optimising workflows, and developing tools that boost efficiency and support scalable growth.
  • CLIENT OPS: Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients: complete supplier onboarding forms, add clients to internal processes (e.g. KPI tracking, CRM system, IT systems), and prepare briefing documents to introduce clients effectively to our 200+ advisors.
  • OPS MANAGEMENT: Help keep key policies and team training up to date (data protection, sustainability, health & safety etc.) and IT Support/Office Management (ensure new team members hit the ground running with the right kit and systems, be the go-to person for our suppliers, spot ways to improve the office set up).
  • TECH / AI PROJECTS: Support on developing and improving Form1’s internal tech and AI capabilities – work with the tech team to improve Form1’s tech capabilities, troubleshoot problems, work with the team to improve processes.

Support Directors and CEOs to deliver great results for clients:

  • Contribute to business development – research prospective clients and help prepare tailored pitch decks.
  • Support client delivery: conduct research, analyse data, and create clear, professional slides. Join meetings with scale-up CEOs, corporate leaders, senior advisors.
  • Organisation: preparing slides for meetings, tracking action points and ensuring timely follow-ups.
