LGBR is one of the largest outsourced distribution firms in the UK. We partner with quality investment managers to develop and distribute innovative financial products to our range of professional clients across the UK, Europe and Asia. Since being founded in 2012, we have raised in excess of +£20bn assets from over 5,500 investor firms.
Product areas include: long only funds, ETFs, alternative funds, property and tax efficient products.

We are looking for an operations analyst to contribute to the day-to-day running and development of our systems, building, cleaning and integrating data captured through multiple feeds (internal and external), while also contributing and supporting the broader system development to support the growth of the business.
Applicants will be able to use their initiative to solve problems and grow the scope and capability of the role as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaising between Sales, Operations and Marketing teams, along with other internal stakeholders including Events
- Providing data and monthly reports to assist the business development and client relations teams
- Cleaning all data captured organising it in the preferred CRM system to be used to target more clients more accurately
- Manage workflow administration within the chosen CRM system
- Day-to-day running and monitoring of Salesforce, including tracking and responding to incoming sales requests and building out regular reports
- Contributing to internal system development and process automation, using tools such as Cursor and GitHub
- Being innovative in how data is captured and reported, identifying better ways to present insight to the business
- Using AI tools to help the business run more efficiently, reducing time spent on manual and time-heavy tasks
- Helping to resolve ad-hoc queries
- Providing administrative support for the operations team

Candidate Profile
- A self-motivated & confident individual with good initiative and desire to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that can be demonstrated within a sales environment that will allow you to build rapport quickly with existing and potential clients
- Being fully IT literate and technically able, with previous experience of Salesforce and exposure to system development tools such as Cursor and GitHub would be advantageous
- Able to adapt and work within a fast paced environment
- Able to demonstrate a passion for excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
Workplace
Required to work on-site every day during the probationary period and until fully trained. Following this, a hybrid working arrangement may be considered, with the option to work from home one day per week.
