Overview:
The Operations Analyst role will be key in the ongoing continuous improvement culture of operations team and wider business. They will process KPIs on a regularly basis and critically analyse the data to provide management information to identify improvement opportunities and detect negative performance trends allowing them to be reversed quickly.
The role will provide much greater clarity of all aspects of performance, specifically sites issuing but also provide insight into processes that are not working well, performance of equipment impacting customer perceptions and right first time performance of field operations.
As well as managing existing KPIs they will involve development of new monitoring systems and ad hoc analysis of specific issues be they reactive or proactive.
The Operations Analyst will also be expected to act as the conscience of the business, highlighting where greater scrutiny is required as well as identifying and implementing improvement opportunities such as system CRs. The key focus of the role is ensure the highest possible site uptime across the Parkineye estate which will require the candidate to tenaciously chase outstanding issues and problems to ensure they get resolved quickly and fully.

The role will work directly with the Head of Operations Maintenance but will mean close cooperation with many other parts of the business.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generation and reporting of a broad range of KPIs including but not limited to:
- Sites On & Off
- Right first time installations and maintenance
- Site uptime
- Cammax performance
- Mobile data usage
- Analysing the pattern of maintenance visits to identify sites requiring strategic intervention

Co-ordinate the PICR process to ensure PICRs are processed quickly

Ad hoc analysis of issues and improvement opportunities

Providing timely feedback to many areas of the business so issues are promptly dealt with

Development of new KPIs
Formal Qualifications & Experience Required
- Aptitude to learn new skills
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills
- Strong IT and English language skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and supporting applications
- Broad understanding of the operation Cayenne from receipt of hits through to the Appeals process
- Good technical knowledge of field hardware, configuration and operation
