Operations Analyst
Location: London - Hybrid
Salary: up to £50,000 plus bonus
Experience: 1-5 years
A leading asset management firm is seeking an Operations Analyst to join its growing Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with investment operations experience looking to gain broad exposure across multiple asset classes and the full trade life cycle.
This opportunity offers broad exposure within a collaborative investment environment and the chance to work closely with front-office and senior operational stakeholders.

Key Requirements
- Degree educated in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- 1-5 years' experience within investment operations at an asset manager, hedge fund, investment firm, or financial services organisation.
- Exposure to asset classes such as Equities, Fixed Income, ETFs, FX, OTC, and Derivatives.
- Experience across trade support functions including:
- Trade matching and settlements
- Cash and position reconciliations
- Corporate actions
- Custody oversight
- Collateral management

Responsibilities
- Provide operational support across the full trade lifecycle for investment portfolios.
- Monitor and resolve trade matching and settlement issues.
- Perform cash, position, and NAV reconciliations.
- Manage collateral and cash movements.
- Liaise with trading, compliance, custodians, and third-party service providers.
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
