Operations Analyst

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of online and in-person training programmes for my client, ensuring efficient resource scheduling, identifying process improvements, and providing valuable insights through data analysis for the senior management team. This position is key to maintaining the high standards of the training operations. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, be proactive, and have a solutions-focused attitude.

Reports to: Head of Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule resources, including trainers, equipment, and materials, for virtual and onsite training courses, ensuring efficient allocation to meet course requirements
• Act as system administrator/owner of the SaaS platform used for all training operations
• Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving processes related to training course delivery, collaborating with various teams to implement and manage improvements on an ongoing basis
• Prepare and deliver weekly status updates on the progress of training operations, resource allocation, and ongoing process improvements, highlighting KPIs and areas for improvement
• Input, analyse, and interpret data related to all training operations to provide insights that support data-driven decision-making, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management
• Manage the schedules and assignments for over 30 part-time virtual training producer contractors, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
• Monitor the quality and effectiveness of training course delivery, making recommendations for improvement based on feedback from the team, Head of Operations, and other senior stakeholders, as well as data analysis
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resource schedules, process changes, and data analysis results, ensuring documentation is readily available for reference
