We’re Hiring: Operations Analyst

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
💼 Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to support business operations through data analysis, process improvement, and performance monitoring. This role is responsible for identifying inefficiencies, optimizing workflows, and providing actionable insights to improve operational effectiveness and business performance.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports and dashboards.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Support process automation, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and propose practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, logistics, HR, and management.
  • Assist in forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation activities.
  • Maintain accurate operational data, records, and reporting systems.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for management decision-making.
  • Support implementation of operational projects and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.

✅ Requirements

  • Experience in operations, business analysis, data analysis, consulting, finance, logistics, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting functions.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
