Meet the Team
The Operations and Middle Office team supports the firm’s trading activity across front-to-back business flows, partnering closely with internal trading groups, portfolio managers and external brokers. This team operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a strong focus on accuracy, risk control, trade support and operational efficiency across multiple asset classes.

What You'll Do
- Serve as a principal contact for Fixed Income and Equity products, including cash and swaps, across a broad range of day-to-day operational activity
- Build deep expertise in front-to-back workflows across equities, fixed income, credit, swaps, futures and FX products
- Manage T+1 trade reconciliations for equity and FX cash products, ensuring timely identification, escalation and resolution of breaks
- Investigate and resolve trade, position and market value discrepancies with executing brokers and prime brokers to mitigate operational risk
- Support intraday trade monitoring and same-day matching as part of the T+0 reconciliation process
- Respond to portfolio manager trade and position queries, as well as post-value and prior-value trade issues, with accuracy and urgency
- Support onboarding for new portfolio managers, help maintain operational infrastructure for trade routes, and contribute to ongoing business initiatives and project work
- Build strong working relationships across trading, operations and broker teams while helping develop knowledge and best practices within the broader team

What You Bring
- Undergraduate degree or higher
- Strong understanding of financial instruments; exposure to equities, fixed income, credit, swaps, futures or FX is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external counterparties
- Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently, take ownership and deliver accurately under tight deadlines
- Strong Excel skills
- Collaborative mindset, quick learning ability and a willingness to contribute to team success and support others
