We're hiring! Join a leading global insurance organisation as an Operations Analyst / Junior Project Manager, supporting a high-profile Operations function within a dynamic London Market environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with London Market insurance experience who is looking to broaden their exposure across operations, business change, project delivery, reporting, and process improvement. Working closely with Operations, Underwriting, Finance, IT, and Change teams, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting strategic transformation initiatives across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the delivery of operational services across the London Market business
- Monitor operational KPIs, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Produce management information packs, operational reporting, and performance analysis
- Support governance activities, process controls, and issue resolution initiatives
- Lead smaller operational improvement and business change projects
- Support larger transformation programmes as a workstream lead
- Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and stakeholder updates
- Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and document processes
- Review and enhance reporting processes, dashboards, and management information
- Work with stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational insights
- Identify opportunities for automation and support implementation of technology-enabled solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and best practice

What You'll Bring
- Experience within the London Market insurance sector
- Background in Operations, Business Analysis, Project Management, Change, or Process Improvement roles
- Experience producing management information, reporting, and performance analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience supporting operational improvement or transformation initiatives
- Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, Agile, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, or similar methodologies would be advantageous
