Operations Analytics & Insight Lead
London (Hybrid) | Up to £100,000 + Bonus + Benefits
This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll own the analytics strategy for a large operational function, lead an established team and influence senior decision-making through data-driven insights.

A global technology-led business investing heavily in data, automation and operational excellence. Analytics plays a key role in shaping strategy and driving business performance across multiple functions.
The Role
Lead the analytics and insight strategy across operations. Develop and mentor analysts, establish KPI frameworks, improve reporting capabilities, design measurement approaches for strategic initiatives and partner with senior stakeholders to solve complex business challenges through data. You will also help drive best practice across analytics and support AI and automation programmes through robust performance measurement.

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience leading analytics, data or insight functions.
- Advanced SQL and cloud data platform experience.
- Expertise in experimentation, statistical analysis and performance measurement.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate analytics into commercial outcomes.
- Experience with tools such as BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, Git, Tableau or Looker is advantageous.
- Python experience is beneficial.
