Operations Analytics & Insight Lead
London (Hybrid) | £100,000 + Bonus + Benefits
This is a high-impact analytics leadership role combining strategy, stakeholder influence, and hands-on delivery. You'll shape how analytics supports operational decision-making while playing a key role in AI, automation, and process optimisation initiatives.

The Role
- Lead and develop a team of analysts
- Define analytics priorities and help shape the operational roadmap
- Deliver hands-on analysis, including experimentation and statistical testing
- Build frameworks to measure operational performance and identify inefficiencies
- Automate reporting and analytical processes
- Influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights
- Support AI, chatbot, and Copilot-related initiatives
- Drive improvements in analytics delivery and ways of working

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience leading analytics teams
- Advanced SQL and hands-on analytical capability
- Experience balancing strategic leadership with technical delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience within a regulated environment is preferred
- Sound understanding of experimentation and statistical analysis
- Practical use of AI tools to improve business processes
- Exposure to Looker, dbt, Airflow, or Git is beneficial
