What You'll Be Doing
As part of the Port Office Support team, you'll play a key role in supporting port operations through efficient administration and stock control activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver administrative support to port operations and management teams.
- Maintain accurate stock control and business records.
- Support weighbridge, billing, and reporting activities.
- Handle customer enquiries and telephone communications.
- Manage employee and payroll-related administration.
- Use SAP and other systems to support day-to-day port operations.
- Assist with general office and business support activities as required.

What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and management.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Desirable
- Previous experience within a supply chain, logistics, transport, or operational environment.
