Operations and Administration Coordinator
Finchley, North London
Office-based Monday to Friday
Flexible shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm
£38,000 - £45,000 DOE
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Operations and Administration Coordinator to join a fast-paced, customer-focused business supporting a discerning and high-profile client base.
This role would suit a strong administrator, coordinator or second-jobber looking to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for coordinating a wide range of operational and logistical requests, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
No two days will be the same, so the successful candidate will need to be adaptable, calm under pressure and confident managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage a variety of operational and logistical requests
- Arrange deliveries, collections and concierge-style services for clients
- Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using Xero and Microsoft 365
- Prioritise multiple requests while working to tight deadlines
- Ensure all tasks are completed with exceptional attention to detail
- Provide a consistently high level of customer service and professionalism
- Support the wider team with administrative and operational requirements

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- A confident and professional communicator, both written and verbal
- Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Customer-focused, with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
- Professional, trustworthy and discreet
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in office administration, operations or logistics
- Experience using Xero
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working Hours
The business operates between 8:00am and 8:00pm, with shifts falling into one of the following patterns:
- 8:00am – 4:00pm
- 10:00am – 6:00pm
- 12:00pm – 8:00pm
The role is fully office-based initially, with the opportunity to work from home up to two days per week following successful completion of a six-month probation period.
