Finsbury Park Sports Partnership is looking for an organised, proactive and reliable Operations & Bookings Assistant to join our small team at Finsbury Park Athletics Track & Sports Field.
FPSP is a community sports charity responsible for managing and developing the facility, which is used throughout the week by sports clubs, community organisations, schools, coaches, individuals and events.

This is a varied role combining administration and bookings with practical, on-site facility support. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, communicating with a wide range of people and helping ensure the facility runs smoothly from day to day.
The role
You will support the Operations Manager and wider FPSP team across areas including:
- Managing and responding to booking enquiries
- Supporting existing customers, clubs and facility users
- Maintaining booking records, calendars and administrative systems
- Helping coordinate evening and weekend bookings where required
- Supporting events and larger facility hires
- Preparing the facility for bookings and activities
- Carrying out basic facility checks and reporting maintenance issues
- Supporting cleaning, presentation and general site readiness
- Assisting with grounds and facility preparation where required
- Helping maintain operational, health & safety and compliance records
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers and partner organisations
- Supporting the continued development of FPSP's systems and day-to-day operations
