We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Operations and Business Development Manager to lead operations and accelerate growth within the UK Temporary Employment Services (TES) and Contract Labour market.
This strategic role is ideal for an experienced staffing professional with a proven record of winning new business, building strong client relationships, managing operations, leading teams, and delivering profitable growth.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment, takes ownership of results, and is motivated by the challenge of scaling a business in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue, market share, and profitability.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the UK TES and contract labour market.
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead daily operations, improve processes, ensure compliance, and support scalable service delivery.
- Monitor financial and operational performance, manage budgets, and drive sustainable profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams while promoting accountability and service excellence.

Essential Requirements
- Extensive experience in UK TES, recruitment, staffing, workforce solutions, or contract labour.
- Minimum 5 years' management experience in operations, business development, general management, or a related leadership role.
- Proven success in growing a business, branch, region, or client portfolio.
- Strong understanding of UK labour market dynamics, workforce management, and temporary staffing solutions.
- Commercially astute with strong financial, operational, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident leader with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
