About Ride Nuff
Ride Nuff is a driver-founded ride-hailing company building a fairer, more sustainable industry for drivers and passengers across London. By letting drivers keep 100% of their fares under a transparent subscription model, we deliver better earnings for drivers and reliable, high-quality experiences for riders.
Currently live in pilot phase, we’re preparing for our full London-wide launch and building our team from our new Shoreditch office.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a resourceful, commercially minded professional to take ownership of our company operations and everyday financial processes.
Working directly with the co-founders, you’ll bring structure to a growing business, manage supplier relationships and turn financial and operational information into better decisions. This role suits someone who enjoys responsibility, learns quickly and can move priorities forward independently.

What You’ll Do
- Manage company operations, coordinating suppliers, contracts, renewals and business priorities.
- Oversee invoicing, expenses, reconciliations and payment preparation, keeping financial records accurate.
- Track subscriptions, revenue, spending and cash flow, investigating discrepancies and highlighting risks.
- Coordinate with accountants and advisers on UK tax, financial reporting and statutory deadlines.
- Monitor company growth and performance with the founders, providing clear reports and practical recommendations.
- Improve recurring processes, controls and systems to support efficient growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience managing company operations, suppliers and competing priorities.
- Practical finance experience and a working understanding of UK company tax, legal and financial obligations.
- Familiarity with accounting software, preferably Xero, and confidence using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Independent ownership, sound judgment and strong attention to detail.
- Clear communication, discretion with confidential information and curiosity about how the business works.
- London-based and available for regular hybrid working from Shoreditch, with the right to undertake this role without company sponsorship.
