About the Role
My client, a growing, top-class Tech Specialist, is hiring a Business Operations professional to join a fast-growing global technology business. This is a high-trust, people-operations-first role working directly with leadership and owning critical operational functions as the company scales.
Responsibilities
- Own people operations end-to-end, including onboarding/offboarding, employment contracts, HRIS, salary and option changes, and FTE/EOR administration.
- Build scalable people systems, support remote-first culture, organise team offsites, and manage a physical office remotely.
- Support board and investor operations, corporate administration, vendor and partner contracts, signing processes, and recurring reporting.

Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience across business/people operations, corporate admin, or legal ops within a high-growth technology company.
- Personally built and scaled operational systems.
- Comfortable reviewing contracts from a commercial perspective.
- Exceptional organisation and follow-through.
- AI-native mindset and a bias toward automating repetitive processes.
- Web3/Crypto experience would be a nice to have.

Location and Compensation
Remote across Europe, but you must be able to work US Eastern core hours. Compensation is £160K base + equity.
