We’re looking for a highly organised and commercially curious person to join an early-stage team bringing a new GenAI production platform to market.
The platform is designed for professional filmmakers and creative teams, integrating AI generation into a production workflow that reflects how films are actually made — from developing characters, scenes and shots to collaboration, review and version management.
This is an early-stage role sitting across operations, partnerships and go-to-market activity. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to understand potential customers, build relationships with studios, agencies and creative businesses, and turn early conversations into structured opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’re organised, proactive and comfortable in an early-stage environment. You’re a confident communicator with strong attention to detail and an interest in film, technology and GenAI.
Experience in operations, partnerships, account management, production or an early-stage tech business would be useful.
This isn’t a target-carrying sales role. We’re looking for someone who can bring structure, curiosity and momentum as our client builds a new go-to-market strategy in the film industry. This is an interim role outside IR35.
