Operations & Guest Experience Coordinator | 73 Walton | Chelsea, London | Part-time | Approximately 3-4 days per week
73 Walton is a new beauty and hospitality destination on Walton Street, Chelsea. Bringing together expert beauty services, 73 Hours smoothie bar and café, private appointments, product discovery and brand experiences under one roof, 73 Walton was created to offer a more considered approach to modern beauty and hospitality.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organised and proactive Operations & Guest Experience Coordinator to join the team and support the day-to-day delivery of the 73 Walton experience.

Role Overview
The Operations & Guest Experience Coordinator will support the smooth day-to-day running of 73 Walton, with a particular focus on guest experience, production support for brand activations and the operational delivery of new product and brand launches within the space. This is an execution-focused role for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once. You will work closely with the founders, Store Manager, 73 Hours team, stylists and external brand partners to ensure that bookings, activations and launches are delivered smoothly and to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day guest enquiries, bookings and special requests across 73 Walton.
- Coordinate VIP and private appointments, including bookings within The 73 Suite.
- Ensure relevant guest information and booking requirements are clearly communicated to the wider team.
- Support the production and operational delivery of brand activations hosted at 73 Walton.
- Prepare internal briefs, schedules, appointment plans and run sheets for events.
- Coordinate suppliers, stylists, 73 Hours, deliveries, branding and other event logistics.
- Support site visits, event set-up and on-site delivery where required.
- Work closely with the founders following confirmation of brand activations, supporting execution while founders retain ownership of commercial negotiations, brand relationships and creative direction.
- Support new product and brand launches within the shop.
- Coordinate product information including pricing, SKUs, imagery, descriptions and listings.
- Support stock arrival, merchandising requirements and launch timelines.
- Liaise with brand partners to collect outstanding product information and assets.
- Maintain accurate internal calendars, booking information and operational documents.
- Support the Store Manager and wider team with ad hoc operational requirements as the business continues to grow.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
- Comfortable working with guests, brands, suppliers and external partners.
- An interest in beauty, fashion, hospitality and premium consumer brands.
- Previous experience in beauty, hospitality, events, premium retail, fashion or brand activations would be advantageous.
- Confidence using booking systems, spreadsheets and digital platforms.
- Flexibility to support occasional evening events where required.

Working pattern: Part-time, approximately 3 days per week | Hybrid
Start date: As soon as possible
