Umbrella only

Our Client is hiring for a reputed client - an Operations and Insights Manager to help keep range change activity clear, controlled, and moving at pace across the Food Group. If you love turning messy information into usable insight, building clear reporting and action trackers, and bringing structure to fast-moving plans, this could be a great match.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support management of the annual Food range change calendar and associated governance processes
  • Track seasonal and core critical paths, ensuring milestones, dependencies, risks, and next steps are visible
  • Coordinate day-to-day actions across range change activity - following up owners and keeping work moving
  • Prepare meeting support for senior forums, including pack creation, action tracking, and stakeholder updates
  • Support Trade Approval preparation for new activity, late critical path requests, and emergency changes
  • Maintain clear trackers for approvals, decisions, actions, risks, and next steps - so nothing gets lost
  • Build simple, practical reporting to understand volume, risk, performance, and workload (and explain the "so what" in plain English)
  • Turn data into clear insight, highlighting what matters and where action is needed
  • Reduce manual admin by using Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and AI tools to streamline reporting and tracking
  • Create user-friendly templates, trackers, and reporting outputs others can easily use and maintain
  • Support store and support-centre communication with clear, accurate materials built from complex updates

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
