Operations and Insights Partner
Up to £450 per day
Initially a 9-Month Contract
London (Hybrid – 3 days per week)
Overview
We're looking for an experienced Operations and Insights Partner to join a major retailer to manage project plans and work closely with range planning teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage project plans and critical paths to keep range change activity on track
- Coordinate stakeholders and meetings across multiple business teams
- Prepare governance packs, reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Track actions, risks and approvals to ensure decisions are followed through
- Analyse data and produce insights to support planning and decision-making
- Improve processes through automation and AI tools to reduce manual administration

Skills & Experience
- Experience working in an operations and insights position for a retail organisation
- Project coordination experience managing plans, timelines and multiple workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to work across different teams
- Reporting and data analysis skills using Excel and business reporting tools
- Governance and administration experience preparing meetings, actions and reports
- Process improvement mindset with experience streamlining ways of working
- Excellent organisation and communication skills with strong attention to detail
