Operations and Office Manager
Enjoy Education | London | Hybrid | Full-time, permanent
Working pattern: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in our London office. Monday and Friday are flexible for focused administration and agreed business priorities. Additional office attendance may be required for planned business needs.
About Enjoy Education
Enjoy Education supports families in the UK and internationally through private tuition and homeschooling. We provide a thoughtful, highly personalised service, shaped around each child’s needs.
We’re looking for an experienced Operations and Office Manager who brings warmth, initiative and dependable organisation to the practical running of our business.
The role
Reporting to our Directors and working closely with the CEO, you’ll take ownership of office management, people and recruitment administration, business calendars, suppliers and agreed leadership support.
You’ll be someone who notices what needs doing and follows it through. Whether you’re welcoming a new colleague, coordinating interviews or improving a recurring process, you’ll take pride in helping others do their best work.
What you’ll do
- Keep our London office organised, equipped and welcoming, coordinating meeting rooms, supplies, maintenance, facilities and workplace checks.
- Maintain confidential people records and coordinate recruitment, onboarding, leavers, probation, reviews and training administration.
- Manage business calendars, organise meeting materials, record agreed actions and follow up with colleagues to keep work moving.
- Provide business diary, meeting and event support to the CEO and Directors, helping them stay organised and prepared.
- Track supplier contracts, renewals and costs, coordinating purchasing and invoice queries with Finance.
- Arrange equipment, accounts and system access with IT providers and internal system owners, following issues through to resolution.
- Maintain compliance records and deadlines, raising missing information or concerns with the responsible colleague.
- Improve everyday administration through clear procedures, practical checklists and appropriate technology.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
