About Studio Ore

Studio Ore is a rapidly growing British design company creating exceptional brassware, architectural hardware, and objects for some of the world’s most considered interiors.

Designed in Britain and made in Italy, our products combine a distinctive design language with exceptional materials, engineering, and finishing. We work directly with leading architects, interior designers, and developers across the UK, Europe, and the United States.

As we continue to grow internationally, we are looking for an exceptional Operations and Office Manager to help ensure the company behind the brand operates with the same level of thought, quality, and attention to detail as our products.

The Role

This is a broad, hands-on role at the center of Studio Ore.

You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of our London office while helping coordinate the operational requirements of our international locations. The role combines office and facilities management, HR administration, business operations, and some finance and executive support.

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, brings structure and organization to a busy environment, and makes sure things actually get done.

Key Responsibilities

Office and facilities:

  • Take responsibility for the smooth running of our London office and consultation space
  • Coordinate facilities and operational requirements across our international offices
  • Manage landlords, contractors, utilities, equipment, phones, and key office suppliers
  • Ensure our working and client-facing environments are consistently well maintained and presented

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
