New Senior Leadership Role
You'll own People & HR across the organisation, provide senior oversight of our community hub, cafés and catering, and have oversight and delivery of our marketing and events strategy, with real ownership to shape how the role develops as we realign and strengthen how The Feed works.
Key Responsibilities
- Own People & HR organisation-wide - recruitment, policy, performance, employee relations
- Line-manage Coordinators and Managers across our hubs
- Oversee and maintain a regular presence at the Hub and oversee stock ordering and supplier management
- Oversee funding and project delivery to ensure they deliver against targets, align with our mission and shaped by and supportive of our communities
- Have oversight and delivery of our marketing and events strategy, and help shape what comes next
- Contribute to organisation-wide strategic planning as part of the senior leadership team

- Demonstrable HR / people management experience, including policy and employee relations
- Strong people skills - builds trust quickly across a diverse team and community
- Commercially aware, with genuine appetite to learn and grow into the role
- Highly organised, able to manage a broad workload across a varied role
- Charity or community sector experience desirable
